Led by Head Chef Kerth Gumbs, the menu blends seasonal British ingredients with flavours inspired by his Anguillan roots. The à la carte menu features modern British dishes like nut-crusted halibut with clams and sea vegetables and venison loin with parsnip and chestnut.

To top it off, Fenchurch offers an award-winning wine list and expertly crafted cocktails. Don’t miss the Rhu-Tai! It’s a refreshing mix of rhubarb, orgeat, and lime, perfect for enjoying alongside the breathtaking views.

The menu offers a modern take on British food, and the steaks are a highlight. Their 10oz rib-eye steak is juicy and tender and is served with a tasty sauce like bordelaise. If you’re into seafood, the Grilled Seabass is fresh and flavorful.

The drinks menu is packed with cocktails, wine, and sake, so there’s something for everyone. 

Kitty Hawk also works great for events. It can accommodate up to 200 guests indoors and 50 outdoors for standing receptions or up to 80 for seated meals.

The menu takes inspiration from New York’s dining scene, with tasty grilled dishes and steaks. Some highlights include Argentinian sirloin and a 35-day aged côte de boeuf. If you’re in the mood for something lighter, there are bar bites from the Josper oven.

Try the guacamole with plantain chips or the carne asada and duck carnitas. If you’re feeling adventurous, you must order their Chicken Rocks, served sizzling on hot lava stones.

The food is Mediterranean-inspired, and the menu changes throughout the day. 

For breakfast, you can go for smashed avocado on sourdough or some tasty buttermilk waffles. For lunch and dinner, there’s everything from crispy calamari and sweet potato croquettes to a delicious ribeye steak and pan-fried seabass.
