When we visited the clinic, it was quite busy, and we wondered if the staff would be able to manage all the patients. But after speaking to a few people, our concerns disappeared.
The orthodontists really take their time to listen to each patient, ensuring they understand their goals before starting any treatment. Patients even told us their treatment plans felt completely tailored to their specific needs.
The clinic itself has a welcoming vibe, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. However, the waiting time is pretty long.

We were really impressed with Queensway Orthodontics, especially because it’s led by Dr. Guy Deeming. He’s a Diamond Invisalign provider which puts them in the top 1% of Invisalign experts in Europe.
At the clinic, we learned they offer a variety of options. They do traditional braces, Invisalign, and even lingual braces.
What stood out to us was their flexible payment plans. Patients can start with as little as £2.18 per day, and they let you spread the cost over 24, 36, 48, or even 60 months. It’s a practical setup, especially if you’re on a budget.
Some patients we spoke to also appreciated how the clinic uses remote dental monitoring. This means fewer trips in person while still keeping track of progress.

That said, long wait times for consultations and follow-up appointments seem to be a common issue.

We included Smmmile Store because they’ve got a pretty cool approach to Invisalign. They offer a full package that covers everything from personalised treatment plans to regular oral hygiene checks and teeth whitening.

Dr. Sandeep Kumar, who leads the clinic, is also very impressive. With over 20 years of experience and more than 6,000 smiles under his belt, he really knows his stuff when it comes to Invisalign.
When we visited, we also liked the modern, boutique feel of the clinic. Some of the patients we spoke with really appreciated the free consultations and how they used 3D scans to show them how their treatment would look before starting.
But, a few mentioned that it can be hard to get an appointment sometimes, especially for follow-ups or urgent care. So, they might not be the best option if you need something booked quickly.
