When my team and I booked Expert Removals Manchester for an undercover consultation, we were pretty impressed with the range of services they offer. They handle office, student, and even just furniture moves, so they’re good for both residential and commercial jobs.

After hearing so many good things about Paddy Wagon, we had to check them out. Safe to say, they lived up to the hype.
From our consultation, it was clear how much more personal and attentive they were compared to the bigger, corporate moving companies. This might be because they’re a family-owned business.
A few customers also told us that their availability seven days a week really helped, especially when they needed a last-minute move.
Additionally, the company has earned a solid reputation for quality service. There were a lot positive feedback about their reliability.
We also love that they handle home and office moves and can transport bulky items too. This makes it so much easier for those who need to move both bulky and small items.
The only downside we heard from customers was about pricing. Some mentioned that they felt the costs were higher than expected or that there were surprise charges on the final bill.

We gave Chris & Van Manchester a go, and we were really impressed with how quickly they responded. One customer even said they called them late at night, and they still managed to send someone out on short notice.
They also offer a full-service package, so you don’t have to pay extra for things like packing or unpacking—it’s all included, which makes everything easier.
Even though it was late, the staff were still super friendly and positive. We really appreciate this since moving can be so stressful, and dealing with rude movers will just cause more stress.
Some of the people we spoke to who’ve used them before also praised their customer service. They said the team really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
One thing we did notice, though, is that they don’t seem to have a clear insurance policy or a set way of handling damaged items during moves.

We also appreciated how flexible they are with scheduling. Whether it’s weekends or evenings, they can work around your timing. We found this really helpful when you’re in a rush.

However, we did hear from a few former customers that their services can be a bit inconsistent. There were a couple of reports where movers didn’t show up on time or arrived late, so it’s something to keep in mind if you’re considering using them.
