Storm Management is one of the oldest model agencies in London so we just had to include it here. They’ve signed a lot of A-list models over the years, but one that made them super famous is when they discovered Kate Moss—and we know how her career turned out.
Since then, they’ve been notorious for having a keen eye on talent, and they’ve proven this over the years by signing talents like Cara Delevigne and Lily Cole. They’ve proven their expertise in the industry by nurturing these models into the household names they are today.
Also, Storm Management is one of the few model agencies in London that has listed down the services they offer their models. For instance, they promise to help a model get brand partnerships, commercial endorsements and other career development opportunities.
We also wanted to commend their personable staff members, as they’ve been highlighted by their models as hard workers and compassionate.
However, we noted that they could improve their customer service, especially their responsiveness, since it took them quite some time to respond to our inquiry. This might be because of the number of messages they get daily, given their popularity.

The Bureau London Modelling Agency impressed us when we discovered their innovative modelling feature. How this works is that they measure the proportions of their models to help clients find the best person to fit their products, whether they be shirts, jackets, shoes, etc.
They also use their in-house photo studio to take photos of their models wearing the products of their clients, which they can then use to post on their e-commerce sites. It’s an impressive method that allows clients to see an accurate image of the model virtually.
However, we do wish that they would put the brands they’ve partnered with on their website to help us and potential talents see the scope of their networks. At the time of writing, the only opportunity they present on their website is being featured on their innovative fitting tech.
Furthermore, we felt that the agency doesn’t represent a handful of body types, which you can easily see by browsing their selection of models on their website.

Base Model & Influencer immediately caught our attention the moment we laid eyes on their diverse selection of models. They nurture everyone from non-binary models to make-up artists, families and even hand models, allowing them to provide more projects for their talents.
Personalities with huge followings can also be nurtured by this agency. We thought it’s great as there’s been a surge of influencers in today’s day and age, allowing them to be on a platform that’s recognised by big brands is a huge luxury.
Speaking of, the brands they’ve worked with in the past include big-name companies such as Gucci, Dior, Adidas, Apple and more.
Their inclusivity is also apparent in how they promote their models to be themselves. This was highlighted to us by their previous clients whom we interviewed, with one particular model noting that she gained confidence by being encouraged by the agency to just be herself.
As for its downsides, the main one is their tendency to not respond to their clients.
However, it is worth noting that this is due to high demand. If they do accept your application, they guarantee to respond within 2 weeks.
Also, we wish that they would lay out what they would offer their models if they choose them as their agency.

Elite Model Management was one of our frontrunners when making this review because it’s been around for more than 50 years. Since then, they’ve signed multiple models that went on to have great careers like Kendall Jenner, Cindy Crawford and Adriana Lima—the list goes on!
Aside from the usual scouting and applications, this agency finds its newest faces through its famous Elite Model Look contest, which has been running for 30+ years.
This contest has seen over 350,000 participants and counting and has produced well-known models today like Gisele Bundchen and Lara Stone.
We were further impressed when we saw their portfolio, as they’ve booked their models with brands like Louis Vuitton, Prada, and Margaret Howell.
One thing we wish they would improve upon is their responsiveness, as several applicants have complained through our interviews how Elite didn’t get back at them. However, one could see this as a positive thing because it goes to show how in demand they are as an agency.

Sandra Reynolds Model Agency is a family-run business that’s been nurturing models since 1975. Since then, they’ve worked with well-known international brands such as Ford, Samsung, IKEA and more so you know you’re in good hands when you become part of their team.
Right off the bat, we noticed how inclusive Sandra Reynolds was as an agency because of the talents they have on their team. For instance, they accept people of all body types, from curvy to petite as well as people with disabilities, which we thought was pretty awesome.
We’ve also heard nothing but good words about their team members, as highlighted to us by their models during our interviews. One person in particular noted how personable the team at Sandra Reynolds were, making efforts to build long-term relationships with their models.
However, we do want to note that they can be unresponsive at times, which is because of the high volume of applications and inquiries they receive every day.
