Flawless Fine Jewellery offers a great range of jewellery. During our visit to their store, we saw various engagement rings, wedding bands and even diamond pendants.
What’s cool is that they offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds, so there’s something for everyone. It depends on personal taste and values.
They also specialise in creating custom pieces, so you can get piece that really reflects you.
What really sets them apart is their pricing. They offer high-quality pieces that reflect the style of luxury jewellery but at prices that are much more accessible than some of their competitors in Hatton Garden.
We also learned that they’ve been around for over 20 years, so they know their stuff when it comes to jewellery design and craftsmanship.
However, one of their former customers mentioned that after ordering a ring that was supposed to fit, she had to send it back for resizing. It’s a small issue, but worth mentioning.

Taylor & Hart is known for crafting unique engagement and wedding rings that reflect each couple’s love story, so we had to check them out.
During our consultation, we were impressed by how hands-on they were. They were ready to pair us up with a design consultant to bring our ideas to life. It felt much more personal than the usual jewellers offering pre-made designs.
We also learned that they use blockchain technology, which helps track the journey of their diamonds. This is a cool way to give customers transparency on where their diamonds come from and ensure they’re ethically sourced.
Another thing we liked was how upfront they were about pricing. Plus, with a 90-day return policy and free resizing, they seem to really focus on customer care.
That said, we did hear from one of their former customers who had to contact them multiple times for updates on his ring’s status. It’s an area they could improve.

Despite H. Samuel’s rich history, we love how they still feel approachable. It’s not one of those stuffy, high-end jewellers where you feel out of place unless you’re buying a massive diamond. They really do cater to everyone, striking that balance between quality and affordability.
Their product range is impressive. We had so much fun browsing through their earrings and necklaces. There’s everything from dainty studs and delicate pendants to bold statement pieces. They even carry designer brands, which is perfect if you’re after something a bit fancier.
In addition to great customer service, they offer additional services. They offer jewellery cleaning and repairs, which is a lifesaver if you want your pieces to look fresh.
Shopping with them is also super flexible. Their website is a breeze to use, which is great if you prefer online shopping over visiting a store.
That said, we did hear a few complaints about delays and delivery issues. If you’re on a tight timeline—like needing jewellery for a specific event—it could be a bit nerve-wracking.

Hyde Park Design has been creating jewellery for over 30 years, so we decided to check them out. It all started with brothers Paul and Sean, who built on their father’s legacy.
We can tell it’s a family business from the personal touch in their work. Paul is a master craftsman and gemologist, while Sean specialises in CAD design. This makes them a solid team for crafting high-quality, one-of-a-kind jewellery.
Their workshop is a lovely spot to visit. It’s relaxing and welcoming. Whether you’re browsing their collection or designing something custom, the experience feels easy and enjoyable.
Their bespoke wedding and engagement rings are a highlight. They take the time to work with clients to design personal and meaningful pieces.
Since they’re based in Hatton Garden, their prices stay fairly competitive for the quality they offer, which is a nice bonus.
Some customers, though, have complained about delays in communication, especially during busier times. That’s something to keep in mind if you’re on a tight schedule.
