Having kids is such a blessing, and I know how tough it can be for friends who are struggling to conceive. I’ve seen that longing when they visit our home, especially when they look at my children. It’s a hard journey, especially when you’ve been trying for so long.
If you relate to that, don’t lose hope. We live in a time when technology makes the impossible possible, and London is ahead of the game when it comes to fertility treatments.
My team and I visited several fertility clinics, did our homework, and put together a list of the best ones out there. I even shared it with some friends who were ready to try again.

What we love about Fertility Clinic is that patients can contact their consultant directly via mobile during treatment cycles. This is good because you can directly ask the person in charge of all of your procedures.
Plus, we really appreciate the dedication the consultants have to their patients. A couple we interviewed said they felt really supported when Dr Anil Gudi took the time to respond to their messages, even while on holiday.
When we visited the clinic, everyone was very caring and kind. Kristina and Catherine, who were staff there, were warm and kind. We asked them a lot of things about some processes, and they were quick to answer.
However, some patients told us that they felt the treatments were too standardised or protocol-driven. This could be an issue if you’re dealing with complicated situations and need a more personalised approach.

Aria Fertility’s wide range of services sets it apart from other clinics. They offer IVF, egg freezing, IUI, and more.
When we first arrived, the receptionist was quick to help us out. However, they work strictly by appointment, so we had to come back a few days later.
During our return visit, we inquired about IVF, and they discussed the possible cost breakdown. Their transparency was evident in our talk since they explained every detail.
A couple we spoke to also mentioned how Dr. Seshandri took the time to explain the options and built a treatment plan for them. There was no sales pitch, just advice to create quality embryos. It felt reassuring that he wasn’t pushing anything unnecessary.
We also chatted with a couple who had gone through IVF at Aria and now have a baby girl. They couldn’t stop raving about how well-structured the process was. They said Aria’s approach let them balance treatment with their career and even take holidays.
Patients also felt supported and informed every step of the way. They knew they could reach out with any concerns without feeling rushed or dismissed.
There were just some patients who reported delayed responses from the nurses. But overall, we think this clinic is worth considering.

We checked out The Evewell West London, and it felt warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in.
Their labs and recovery suites are modern and high-tech. But what stood out to us was how they balanced all the equipment with comfort and privacy. There were plenty of private rooms, and the reception area felt cosy.
While waiting, we couldn’t help but notice how friendly and empathetic the staff was to every patient who walked in. If they’re this caring during check-ins, we can only imagine how supportive they are throughout treatment.
We’re most impressed by how they tailor their treatment plans. Patients we talked to said the consultants consider everything and ask multiple background questions before suggesting a treatment.
We also chatted with a patient who had nothing but praise for Zoe, the clinic’s embryologist. She said Zoe was not only super knowledgeable but also incredibly kind.
That said, we did hear some feedback about their billing. A couple of patients mentioned that they purchased packages that included multiple scans but didn’t get reimbursed for the ones they didn’t use.

CREATE Fertility caught our attention with its 25% success rate per treatment cycle, which is verified by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA). It’s nice, especially for patients who’ve had a tough time with other clinics.
They specialise in Mild and Natural IVF, which focuses on lower doses of fertility drugs.
We chatted with some patients who tried this approach. They loved it since it’s gentler on the body. It’s also a great option for women over 40 or those with low egg reserves.
One patient also mentioned the clinic’s 3D Doppler Ultrasound Scans. This tech apparently helps assess fertility potential, playing a big role in their success rates.
They offer IVF with donor sperm, egg freezing, and reciprocal IVF for same-sex couples. A same-sex couple we spoke to mentioned that they felt comfortable throughout their process and that they received no judgments from the clinic.
The clinic’s prices are on the higher side, but considering the range of services they provide, it’s only fair.

Patients consistently praise Concept Fertility Clinic’s quick responses and efficient scheduling process, which help make the experience smooth from the very start.
What stood out the most to us was how equipped the clinic’s facility is. It has a theatre, recovery rooms, and an on-site lab. Having everything in-house streamlines the process and reduces stress for patients, as they don’t have to visit multiple clinics for different stages of the treatment.
Another highlight is their attentive staff and consultants. Some patients we talked to mentioned that every question they threw during the consultation was answered in thorough detail.
In fact, we saw firsthand how well the staff knew their patients. One woman walked in and the staff immediately recognised her.
Another patient told us her doctor remembered every detail of her case. It’s comforting to see they truly know their patients and build a connection with them.
We also appreciate that the clinic welcomes patients with a BMI under 40, unlike some clinics that have stricter criteria.
That said, we did hear from one patient who had a frustrating experience. She was left to wait for a long time during her appointment, only to find out that the doctor never showed up.
