What really stood out about MotionBack to us is their focus on getting to know each patient’s unique situation. They look into their medical history, symptoms, and lifestyle to figure out what’s really going on.

When one of our researchers tried an undercover consultation, the team asked plenty of thoughtful questions and really listened. This helped them create a plan that targeted the root cause of the issue.

The chiropractors here are experienced, with founder Andy Jennings bringing over a decade of expertise to the table. They use proven techniques like manipulation, mobilisation, and soft tissue therapy.

The clinic also goes beyond standard chiropractic care. They offer acupuncture, nutritional advice, and even lifestyle counselling.

That said, we noticed the clinic itself is on the smaller side, which might feel a bit cramped if several people are there at once.

Some patients also mentioned that getting an appointment during busy times can be tricky, so you might need to plan ahead if you’re looking for a quick fix.

Pros

  • Personalised care
  • Experienced team
  • Diverse techniques
  • Holistic approach

Cons

  • Small space
  • A few reports about difficulty in booking appointment

I finally feel better than I’ve done in the last decade

“Andy has been absolutely amazing. I’ve lived with lower back pain for over a decade and had forgotten what ‘normal’ feels like. It’s taken a few treatments but I finally feel better than I’ve done in the last decade. You have to trust the process and put your faith in Andy, he knows what he’s doing!”

Bodymotion Chiropractic and Massage Clinic has been around since 2006. They have built a solid reputation for helping with everything from back and neck pain to sports injuries.

When we visited, the clinic had a really warm and welcoming vibe. The staff were friendly and seemed ready to accommodate whatever we needed.

During our consultation, we saw how they put a lot of thought into crafting treatment plans. They focus on hands-on therapies, exercises, and lifestyle tips to help prevent issues from coming back.

They also explained some of their techniques, like manual therapy and soft tissue work, which sounded promising.

That said, a few patients we spoke to mentioned they felt the explanations about their conditions or treatments could have been clearer and more detailed. It’s something to keep in mind if you prefer a lot of info upfront.

On the plus side, they work with major health insurers, making the billing process a breeze.

Pros

  • Established reputation
  • Welcoming environment
  • Friendly staff
  • Personalised treatment
  • Insurance-friendly

Cons

  • A few reports about unclear communication

I would recommend her to anyone with total confidence

“I’ve been seeing Teodora Veverita for a few months now to help with stiffness, generally caused by gym and life. She is so good and the difference she has made is amazing. I would recommend her to anyone with total confidence.”

I am pleased with the progress so far

“Have had 5 sessions of chiropractic treatment with Ben, including manual adjustments, and I am pleased with the progress so far. He is patient, skilled and knowledgeable about the different areas of the body and where dysfunctions and compensations can occur. Will continue my sessions with Ben and I highly recommend working with him to achieve your goals.”

One of our researchers had a consultation at Haptic Chiropractors, and we thought his experience was worth sharing.

They started with a detailed exam that looked at his health history, neurological assessments, and posture. It helped create a treatment plan just for him.

They were also clear in explaining how the treatment plans blend chiropractic adjustments with massage therapy. This isn’t just for relaxation but also helps release muscle tension, improve circulation, and boost overall health.

Another patient mentioned that the clinic used advanced tools to track his progress to make sure the treatment stays effective.

Another thing a patient mentioned was the live music and therapy dogs, which made the place feel comfortable and relaxed.

Their prices might be a bit higher than other clinics, but our team thought it was worth it.

Pros

  • Personalised care
  • Excellent communication
  • Advanced tools
  • Blends chiropractic adjustments with massage
  • Comfortable atmosphere

Cons

  • Higher pricing

We were impressed that SpineWorks focuses on Chiropractic BioPhysics. This method isn’t just about easing pain for a little while. It’s designed to realign the spine for long-term changes.

With more than 18 years of experience, Luc Archambault leads the team.

One patient we spoke to mentioned that the clinic uses digital X-rays and postural analysis to get a detailed look at her spinal health. This helped Luc create treatment plans according to her needs.

We also really appreciate that they prioritise rehabilitation. They teach patients exercises and lifestyle changes to help them regain strength and flexibility, ensuring that their recovery continues even after leaving the clinic.

That said, some patients have raised concerns about costs. One person mentioned being caught off guard by the high price of their treatment plan after paying for an initial consultation, as there wasn’t clear communication about the potential costs upfront.

Pros

  • Long-term focus
  • Personalised care
  • Experienced team
  • Holistic approach

Cons

  • A few reports of lack of cost transparency

Very professional and friendly service

“Very professional and friendly service. A good mixture of treatments to help me with my issues, as well as home exercises to continue my treatment. Spiceworks also held additional workshops to further develop my knowledge of spine health. Highly recommend”

When one of our researchers visited Canary Wharf Chiropractic, we noticed the initial consultations were about an hour long. This extra time seemed to help the practitioners get a clear picture of what was going on.

Their thorough consultations also make it easier for them to offer more personalised treatment. Even during our interviews with former clients, many said they felt like the team genuinely cared about their patients.

Some patients we spoke to shared that they tried different treatments like sports massage, deep tissue, and Swedish massage. These are meant to help with musculoskeletal problems in a more well-rounded way.

They also really focus on teaching patients. Our researcher got a bunch of advice on exercises and lifestyle changes to help with spine health.

The only downside we heard from a few people is that the treatment plans can be a bit pricey. It’s something to keep in mind if you’re watching your budget.

Pros

  • Personalised care
  • Range of treatments
  • Holistic approach
  • Patient education

Cons

  • Higher pricing

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

“Frank at Canary Wharf Chiropractic is amazing! I’ve been dealing with chronic low back pain from poor posture, and after a 60-minute session, I felt like a brand-new person. This was hands down the best sports massage I’ve had in London. Frank is a skilled sports massage therapist who takes the time to understand your needs. He checked in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure (perfect deep tissue!) was just right and gave me helpful stretches to do at home. Highly recommend Frank and Canary Wharf Chiropractic—I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!”
