One of our researchers reached out on a holiday, and we were pleasantly surprised they were willing to help. Their 24/7 emergency service is a real game-changer, ensuring you’re never left stranded when you need them.
We also love that they’re insurance-approved. This gives us peace of mind that their clients are in safe hands.
Another highlight is their range of services. They don’t just do car key cutting and repairs either—they offer everything from residential and commercial lock services to uPVC and digital locks. They can even service garage doors!
That said, some former clients mentioned that their prices can be a bit higher than those of some other local locksmiths, and we agree. It’s worth considering if you’re on a budget.

During our undercover consultation with them, we were impressed by their transparent pricing—no sneaky extra charges, which is always a plus.
We also spoke to some of their past clients, and a big selling point for them was LockFit’s non-destructive entry approach. They ensure that your vehicle is unlocked without causing any damage, so you won’t have to pay extra repair costs.
Plus, all their locksmiths are vetted and insured, which gives that added peace of mind.
Another great thing? No call-out fees, unlike some other services that’ll charge you just for showing up.

One thing that stands out is their no-call-out fee policy. If they can’t fix the issue, you won’t be charged. This is really helpful if you’re worried about unexpected costs.
In addition to traditional services, they also offer digital locks and other high-tech security solutions. They also do free home security surveys to help identify any weak spots in your security and offer suggestions.
However, a few people we spoke with felt their customer service could be better, as some concerns weren’t fully addressed or followed up on after the initial visit.

We also found out that their team is made up of trained experts who use the latest tools to do everything from programming transponders to getting into cars without causing damage.
This expertise really sets them apart from some other locksmiths who may not have the same level of skill.
However, while some customers appreciate that they are available 24/7, others mentioned they were frustrated with the response time.
One customer shared that although the staff were sorry for the delay, they couldn’t help right away. They needed a manufacturer’s code, which held things up.
